Kamusta bloggers, for this blog post I will be talking about Peripheral Vision/ the task we did about it.
What are we trying to find out?? – Whether different shapes or colours are easier or harder to see with Peripheral Vision.
How/What did we do?
Here is a list of the materials we used:
Protractor cut out
Popsicle sticks
Felt pens
Paper
Scissors
Glue stick
Pin
How did we do it?
Firstly we cut some small triangles and coloured them.My group picked the colours pink, yellow, green, blue, and red. After colouring it we use the glue stick to glue it on the popsicle stick. After that we put the pin on top of the protractor/semi circle. you just look at the pin while your friend moves the popsicle stick around. when you see the coloured triangle in your peripheral Vision you tell your friends to put it onto a graph.
This is how we did it
Here is a picture of our graph:
What did we find out? – We found out that we can see green and blue easier and red the hardest, and Kirsten has the best eyesight amongst the three of us.
If you are wondering how the protractor I’m talking about looks here is a picture of it. (but I used a cutout of it)
That’s all for this blog. If you have any suggestions on how to make my blogs better feel free to comment or just comment something positive. Bye!!!
